If it is helpful to your child, you may be want me to share relevant information about your child's needs, interventions or recommendations with other caregivers in your child's life. This may include your child's teachers, physicians, or other therapists, or other caregivers (child care providers, coaches, tutors or extended family members) who may be supporting your child.
If your child will be participating in Sandplay therapy, you will be asked for consent for me to take and store pictures of your child's sandplay images.
All therapy begins with assessment and the establishment of an intervention plan.
The first appointment will be a "parents-only" session. We will discuss your concerns in detail and review the intake information as part of a necessary assessment process. I cannot help your child unless I understand your child’s and family’s specific areas of need, priorities and goals and the barriers towards meeting those goals.

A: From April 1, 2020 onwards, your child's therapy records will be stored digitally on Therabyte, Canadian online, clinical workflow platform.
